Original 1959 Air France Cote D’Azur travel/destination poster. A beautiful poster depicting a harbour scene with vibrant primary colours suggestive of the warm climate and strong light of the Cote D’Azur. Guy Georget is a well known poster artist who produced a whole series of posters for Air France and other organisations. His stylised and naïve artwork is instantly recognisable. This is one of the rarer posters by Georget and highly collectible.
Condition: Very good- linen backed with linen border. Light mark to to the letter R pictured.
